So We Officially Have Someone Building Us a House

I like these, but I've seen them on a lot of design blogs....so I wonder if in a couple years they would look out-dated? Am I being affected by trend or do I really like them...because you gotta go with what you like!

So I'm watching International House Hunters- and the family thinks that a big negative to this otherwise georgous house in Costa Rica, is that the bathroom has the best view in the house and has no window coverings, despite that it's overlooking a valley and an ocean with no ability for the public to peek in....
is this even possible to be a negative? I'd love something like this....

I've Been Away

...and enjoying every second of it! For anyone considering Mexico- Los Cabos....seriously, the ONLY place in Mexico I will gladly recommend to anyone and everyone. I love Guadalajara, but I would only recommend it to those of a particular travel nature. Los Cabos, is amazing!

Actually, I love everything Mexican, except for the east coast. The food! What woman doesn't like guacamole?!? The salsa, the tortilla soup! MMMM! The weather, the people, the colours....San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucus, totally exceeded my expectations.
