1470 sq ft house with a walk out basement!
And we are off to pick out lighting today (and windows)....

I like these, but I've seen them on a lot of design blogs....so I wonder if in a couple years they would look out-dated? Am I being affected by trend or do I really like them...because you gotta go with what you like!
